Three years later Lily's Window Cleaning has grown to be the highest rated company of its kind in San Diego County.  Our services have expanded beyond residential window cleaning.  We now offer commercial window cleaning, rain gutter & down spout cleaning, pressure washing and we hang Christmas and holiday lights.  Lily's Window Cleaning has won two awards, one for Window Cleaning (2005) and one for Christmas Decorating (2004).

Employees: Lily's Window Cleaning currently has seven employees and we are always looking for more great folks to join our team, if you think you have what it takes to work at Lily's Window Cleaning apply on our help wanted page.  All of our window cleaners have passed comprehensive background checks and are covered by liability and workers compensation insurance.  Our window cleaners have a minimum of two years of experience, but most have 5-10 years experience.  Unlike most other companies in this industry, Lily's Window Cleaning offers employees and their families medical, dental and life insurance, competitive salary and a retirement plan.  Lily's Window Cleaning has also verified that all employees are legally eligible to work in the U.S.  We believe that our service has been so successful because of our great employees and we do everything we can to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Plans for the company:  In June 2006 our new office opened in Ocean Beach.  The central location allows us to access all of the county quickly.  The office is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM by appointment if you would like to visit the office call 619-523-1937 to set up an appointment.  We plan to expand our services again by Spring of 2007 to include a full service cleaning company for residential and commercial buildings.
