General Information:   We begin giving estimates for the holiday season (November-December) on August 1 of each year.  Reservation are accepted beginning September 1.  A 5% non refundable deposit is required for all reservations.  All appointments are typically booked by Thanksgiving.  We will hang lights year round, however we may not have lights in stock during the off season.

5 Tips for hiring a company to hang your lights

1. Hire a company that is open year round with a good reputation.

2. Ask them to show you proof of current insurance (liability & worker's comp).  If they can not show you current proof of insurance, they probably are not insured & you should look for another service.

3. Ask for the price and services that are included for that price, in writing.

4. Ask what the policy is if they need to return for adjustments, changes or resets

5. Make sure that you do not have to pay for everything up front.  Hold back 10-25% of payment to ensure they return at the end of the season to take down the lights.
